Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase but if you do change your mind we offer a full refund or exchange provided the item is returned within 14 days, unworn and undamaged, in the original packaging with labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not met.

If you wish to return an item please first contact us at hello@starandbean.co.uk to let us know. If returning an item by post you will then need to package it securely and make sure you include your name and order details and send to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if successful will refund the item via the original payment method minus any taxes and/or import duties. Shipping will not be refunded on unwanted items.

This does not effect your statutory rights.
